Bob Bennion co-founded Bennion Deville Homes in 2001, building it into one of Southern California’s most respected luxury brokerages. Later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, aligning the company with Warren Buffett’s global real estate network.


In 2016, Bob Bennion co-founded Avenue Properties alongside five partners. Within two years, Avenue was named by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Largest Real Estate Companies in the Northwest. In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate, where Bob Bennion continues to set the standard for luxury marketing and client representation.
