Bob Hier

Bob Hier, brings to his clients over 30 years as a licensed real estate broker. A sixth generation Douglas County resident with roots in real estate, Bob initially gained hands-on real estate experience by working along-side his father. He's combined this with his extensive business background and contacts offer superior results to his large client base. A marketing expert in land, and residential properties. Bob has worked with land development companies, and custom home builders. Bob uses his expertise and organizational skills to stay involved with each transaction and provide the client with the highest level of service. Bob is an expert at juggling projects, deadlines and people. As a former sales manager and owner of a telecom and small real estate companies, Bob's first-hand experience in negotiating and managing schedules to deadlines are skills he has perfected and uses daily in his role as a Compass real estate broker. Bob graduated from Douglas County High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Fort Lewis College in Durango.
