Bob Norton

In 1975, after receiving his degree in Psychology from Tufts University, Bob decided to raise his family on Cape Cod. Having spent his summers there as a child growing up in Milton, he and his wife thought it would be a wonderful place to live. The majority of Bob's business comes from repeat customers and referrals. His commitment to excellence and general respect for people is evident when you meet him. Bob served as treasurer for the Cape and Islands Board of Realtors® and is a former state director for the Massachusetts Board of Realtors®.

Bob Norton boasts an illustrious 44-year career in real estate, marked by record-breaking sales across Cape Cod and the Islands.  In 1981, he founded Norton Real Estate, quickly establishing it as a powerhouse with a team of passionate agents. His company soon became the market leader in selling historic and luxury seaside properties, especially along the celebrated historic 6A and the quaint lanes leading to the sea. In 1998, Bob sold Norton Real Estate to Kinlin Grover Properties, facilitating the creation of one of Cape Cod's most successful real estate companies. This move underscored his strategic acumen and commitment to excellence in the industry.  Since then Bob has been a driving force in over 525 transactions, totaling an impressive $650 million in sales.

Bob's passion for real estate is fueled by his love for the rich history and natural beauty of Cape Cod. He finds immense satisfaction in helping clients discover their dream homes in this sought-after locale.  It was with great pride that his daughter Kathryn joined him in 2015 along with his son Tim in 2024 to form The Norton Team.  They look forward to continue the tradition of serving the real estate needs of their past and future clients with the utmost integrity and excellence.
