Bob Walsh

Bob resides with his beautiful wife, Patricia, in their newly built townhouse in Lincoln. They have lived in Rhode Island for the last fifteen years and are proud to have owned and flipped properties in Albion, Lincoln, Providence, and Bristol. He prides himself on having a keen eye for making improvements and upgrades to every property he buys and sells.

Bob was raised with his three siblings in Dover, Massachusetts. At a young age, his entrepreneurial skills began by acquiring jobs throughout his neighborhood to handle all their landscaping needs. From this point forward, real estate has always been his passion!

After attending college, Bob worked for three lending institutions and developed the skills necessary to work in the financial/mortgage world. This led him to work with multiple new home construction companies. During this chapter of his career, he was involved in all aspects of new home sales, marketing, design, construction, and the closing of more than 300 homes. Many of his clients commented how impressed they were that their property was conveyed without a punch list.

While living at the tallest residential tower in the state of RI, Bob was approached to take on the position of General Manager. His responsibilities for the past seven years also included overseeing the sales, leasing, and re-sales for the inventory of the 103 luxury condominiums at The Residences in downtown Providence.

On a personal note, Bob continues to enjoy working out, skiing in Colorado, and exploring new restaurants and destinations. His goal is to maintain good health and remain physically active.
