Real estate runs in the family. Bobby’s father, Herb Lieb, was a dynamic entrepreneur and local business pioneer who moved to Phoenix in the 1960s, opening the first nightclub - Herb’s Underground and, later, The Jockey Club. His brother, Michael Lieb, is a prominent commercial real estate expert and developer, while Bobby’s son, Sean Lieb, represents retail properties and tenants ranging from local shops to regional and national brands. Together, the Lieb family has helped shape both the residential and commercial landscape of Phoenix.

A former collegiate baseball player at ASU and Coastal Carolina, Bobby credits his work ethic and competitive edge to his athletic background. He and MaryAnn have been married since 1986 and raised their family in Phoenix, including daughter Juliann who attended Barrett’s Honor’s College. Jesse Milleson, who joined their family in 2009, through MaryAnn’s mentorship is an investor in OrangeTheory’s in NYC.
