Bobby Rodriguez

Born on the Eastside and raised in Malibu, Bobby spent the late 90's and early to mid 2000's as an appraiser in both New York City and Los Angeles. Home is now Silver Lake where he spent 14 years running his own appraisal firm before turning his focus to sales. Drawing from his years of experience in Real Estate, Bobby understands market trends and carefully analyzes data to help his clients find the right neighborhood and list at the right price. Whether it be working with an investor with a bottom line, a first-time home buyer, or a seller, Bobby’s appraisal background gives him a unique and qualified perspective that can benefit anyone he takes on.
