About Bobby
Bobby Schleizer is a Dallas-based real estate advisor and investor with Compass, specializing in helping clients buy, sell, and invest across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Known for his analytical approach and strong negotiation skills, Bobby works with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors seeking strategic opportunities.
A North Texas native, Bobby graduated from Austin College, where he played baseball before beginning a successful career in the fintech industry. His background in finance and data-driven decision-making now gives his clients a distinct advantage when evaluating properties and navigating competitive transactions.
In 2025, Bobby was named Breakout Agent of the Year at Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate and finished the year as the #12 overall producer in the firm. His transaction experience spans single-family homes, rental properties, multifamily investments, land acquisitions, and commercial real estate.
Bobby has also developed a specialty in short-term rental investments, advising clients on identifying markets, understanding local regulations, and finding properties with strong income potential and long-term appreciation.
Outside of real estate, Bobby lives in Dallas with his wife, Aimee. He enjoys his church community, local Dallas sports, golfing, reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors with their dogs. Bobby is also an active member of Trinity Church Dallas, where he finds truth and purpose.
