Becoming a first-time homeowner inspired Bonnie to enter the real estate field herself. She knows firsthand what it takes to confidently guide buyers through what can seem like a daunting process. Both amiable and professional, Bonnie believes in listening carefully to her clients and setting expectations so that there are no surprises along the way.  Bonnie was honored to be recognized as the #7 top producing agent on a Compass team in Virginia for 2022.

Having grown up in Florida, Bonnie moved to the Washington, DC area after graduating with a history degree from the University of Florida.  She and her husband, Grant, live in the Hybla Valley neighborhood next to Hollin Hills and are currently renovating their cute 1940s Cape Cod.
