We struggled to find child care on weekends to attend open houses but this was not an issue because our realtors scheduled private showings at our convenience on weekday mornings. We did not want to spend months attending open houses; we looked at perhaps a hundred listings online and only pursued a few in person based on our firm “must have” list.

When we decided to proceed with an offer we felt fully supported every step of the way. At NO point did I once feel pressured to increase our offer or hit a certain number. Bonnie’s training and experience prior to real estate has prepared her in an uncommon and fortuitous way. Professionally trained in both Classical Voice and French Pastry, Bonnie brings to her business a well developed sense of discipline, work ethic, attention to detail, and drive. Her clients benefit from the keen eye, creative problem solving, finely honed process management skills, and high standards necessary for success in both the arts and business.

More conventionally, Bonnie also brings years of customer service, digital strategy, and marketing experience to serving her clients.

Bonnie was raised in Kansas City and has lived in Chicago, Boston and NYC. Along with her husband and 3 children, Bonnie made the transition from Brooklyn to Maplewood 9 years ago, and is eager to help others make the decisions that are right for them. She moved nine times over a period of 13 years, so she is acutely aware of the stress that comes along with the process!

When Bonnie isn't actively serving buyers and sellers, she can be found baking up a storm in her home kitchen (cake, anyone?), learning to paint in her garage, or driving her active children all over town! She is fueled by: lots of family time, laughter, a solid workout or run, delicious food, good music, and traveling (not necessarily in that order).
