About Bonnie
As a lifetime Big Island resident I offer over 22 years of experience in the local real estate market, and my extensive knowledge and insight about the place I love. In 1999, I started my real estate career in Waimea. Licensed in 2002, most of my real estate career has been on the administrative side of the business, assisting some of the most successful real estate brokers on the Island’s north side. With my extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Manager, I am well versed in all aspects of the real estate business and am able to assist my clients throughout the entire transaction process seamlessly, from start to finish. My family has deep ranching roots here. I am blessed to have been raised on a 300-acre homestead ranch in the small, quaint town of Waimea on the beautiful Island of Hawai’i, where I continue to reside with my husband, 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. I look forward to bringing my in-depth knowledge of this place, its beauty, and the lifestyle it offers to my clients, whether they are selling a property or looking for the perfect Big Island setting to call home.
