Brett grew up with a family involved in property development and has always had a passion for interior design and architecture, this cultivate Brett’s natural affinity for real estate. Moving to Boston for college, his passion was immediately turned into a reality. Recognizing the need amongst his peers to find housing, he was prompted to attain his real estate license in order to leverage the entrepreneurial opportunities available to him within the highly competitive Boston market.
Over the course of ten years in the industry, Brett has fostered relationships within an elite international community through his various travels abroad. Through these diverse relationships, he has become a highly sought after and top producing agent in Downtown/Midtown Boston which has allowed him to develop an exclusive niche brokering many transactions within Boston’s elite high rise buildings including: The Mandarin Oriental, Millennium Place, Millennium Tower, One Charles, and The Ritz Carlton Residences. His impressive success in the luxury Downtown/Midtown market garnered him a position as an Advisory Board Member of the Top Agent Network (TAN) and allowed him to participate in several record breaking transactions. He has been able to expand his business to New York as licensed real estate professional affiliated with the Compass Manhattan office. With a BA in Marketing, Brett developed a keen sense early on in his career of how to properly brand, market, list, and sell properties of all kinds. Naturally intuitive, he understands what drives consumers to make decisions and enjoys facilitating the connection between his clients to a particular property.
As a resident of the South End, Brett enjoys keeping up with the evolving restaurant scene. When he’s off duty, you can find him traveling to a new destination, redecorating his home, or enjoying one of his favorite shows such as The Crown, Narcos, and Homeland.
