With a deep breath of knowledge spanning over 25 years and a commitment to the communities in which they work, Julie and Sharyn are dedicated professionals whose goal is to help make the process of buying, selling or renting a home as stress free as possible. Real estate can often become complex, but working with a team that are collaborative and solutions driven, you can trust that they will assist you through the process with their knowledge, their enthusiasm and when needed, their humor.
Having closed over 150 transactions in 2017-2018, they are highly successful in bringing their client’s desire to own, sell or rent a home to fruition. From a studio apartment to a multi million-dollar home, they approach each property with their mindset that this is a person’s most valuable asset and they treat each with care and attention to detail.
When not obsessing over real estate, Julie delights in spending time with her two wonderful children who went all through Brookline Schools or you may catch her planning her next road trip. Sharyn, a resident of Newton, is the dedicated aunt to several nieces and nephews. Ben, a professor at University of Hartford, Emily, a graduate of Colombia Law, and now a lawyer in Boston, Jen a public school teacher and Sydney a graphic artist.
Real estate is not a part time job for these two and they have done it long enough to know what to do, when to do it, and to celebrate the good times and employ their extensive relationships and depth of knowledge when needed.
