Eric delved into his real estate career in 2006, while attending Tufts University in Boston, MA as a way to support his skiing habit. After 5 years in the real estate business, he became a broker and opened up his own real estate office in Boston and built a top-producing team of sales and rental agents. He has been ranked as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Brokers in New England and he and his team have sold $76 million in properties in 2018, and is on track to sell even more in 2019.
While Eric and his sales team work with clients to purchase and sell primary residences, Eric also specializes in multi-family and investment properties and has overseen projects from design and permitting through completed construction working with various parties, from architectural and interior design. Eric has consulted on various stages of several development projects for projects ranging from $400k to $5.5M.
