"Holden has been in touch with me several times even after the deal went through, making sure everything was done as it was promised to me, and even just checking in to say hello. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him to any friends or acquaintances who were looking for real estate in the Boston area! " - Z. Zelga
"He was able to provide insight on the various locations ... that we really didn't get from a couple of other agents we spoke to initially. He listened to what we wanted, and really dug through the listings for us to suit our needs - I always felt like he was on our side, and that is such an important and invaluable trait in a broker." - K. Wold
"I'd recommend Holden to anyone looking for a realtor. He was polite and knowledgeable and he wasn't trying to aggressively sell me a place like most realtors. He just seemed like an honest person who wanted to help me. " - Skyler
"Even though we had a lot of issues due to visas, Holden kept working and really came through for us. I would thoroughly recommend him as an estate agent - I don't know what we would have done without him! " - J.McLean
"Holden instantly impressed me with his competence, negotiation skills, and follow-through. He went above-and-beyond to find me a place I was excited to move into." - Alana
Following an early graduation from Boston
University with a degree in Marketing and
Communications, Holden passed up
traditional work opportunities to enter the
music industry, performing and touring
throughout the US and Europe. After a
few years wandering past countless
buildings around the world and wondering,
“what’s in there?” he returned to Boston
and switched gears, diving headfirst into
After excelling in the hyper-fast-paced Allston/Brighton leasing and investment market utilizing skills honed in the music industry - quick intuition, efficient communication, and an innate comfort leveraging technology - Holden joined forces with veteran agent Lara Gordon Caralis at the Gibson Sotheby’s Cambridge office. Holden quickly developed an affinity for the unassuming, intellectual communities of Somerville and Cambridge and chose to remain in the neighborhood when he went solo, eventually landing at Compass in Cambridge.
Working in real estate has increased Holden’s investment in the local community, and he frequently volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, he continues to compose and record music, travel as much as he can, and indulge his passion for scuba and sailing.
