Earlier in his career, James was the highest producing salesperson and then led what would become the top producing division at FactSet Research Systems. He was a founding investor and managing executive of Norbury Financial, and COO of ClearMomentum. All these companies were in the business of measuring the value, risk, and performance of common and exotic financial assets (including direct and asset backed real estate instruments).
Married with two daughters, James has been active with the Boston Triathlon Team and has supported the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Epiphany School through participation in the Boston Marathon, Dublin Marathon, and three-time Pan Mass Challenge rider. He holds a degree in Economics from Kenyon College where he played water polo and maintains his CFA designation in Boston.
