Melanie Olinto is a seasoned real estate agent with more than 20 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Greater Boston. She began her real estate career after graduating from Colby College and spending four years in event planning and fundraising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her background in organizing large-scale events, building relationships, and negotiating on behalf of others proved to be a natural foundation for her work as an agent.

Melanie has built her business by thoughtfully guiding friends, neighbors and families through the complexity of real estate transactions, which has led to a 20+ year career based almost entirely on referrals. Melanie is known for her personal commitment to every client - ensuring each client is a client for life. Her approach centers on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships - she works tirelessly to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether upgrading within the city, moving to the suburbs, or returning to Boston, clients benefit from her energy, patience, and deep market knowledge to guide them through every step.

When she isn’t working, Melanie is most often at home in the South End with her husband, their three boys and their Golden Retriever. As a 20+ year resident, Melanie is deeply invested in the South End community and has recently become passionate about helping local parents understand and navigate the Boston Public School system. Melanie also owns and operates multiple investment properties between the South End and Little Sebago Lake in Maine. A 4-time Boston Marathon finisher and 12-time Crossfit Open competitor, Melanie can often be found at CrossFit Southie or running along the Charles River.
