About Nick
Nick Hanneman is a Senior Vice President and founding member of the Compass | Boston office and partner of the Hanneman + Gonzales team. Since 2007, clients have relied on Nick for his sharp negotiating skills, strategic marketing + pricing, and candid investment + sales advice. As a result, clients have found great success in the purchase, sale, or leasing of their home, second home, or investment property. Working within all price points, Nick has participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume during his career. He and his team approach their business with the utmost of confidentiality and professionalism, rendering a quality of representation that is unsurpassed by any other. 

Nick studied Art History and French at Boston College and University of Paris, Sorbonne, and has lived in Boston since 2002, cultivating deep roots in the community. Nick and his husband, Chris, share a passion for design and renovation and live in a loft in downtown Boston with their rescue dog, Max, and also maintain a home in the seaside town of Provincetown on Cape Cod, MA.
