About Rob
Rob is a principal of The Biega + Kilgore Team which has sold over $1 Billion of property and has been the #1 Compass team in Boston in '25, '23, '22, and '21.

He has spent his entire 16 year career in real estate focused on servicing buyers and sellers of properties in the downtown Boston neighborhoods of the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Midtown and Seaport.

Prior to joining Compass, he spent 15 years at Coldwell Banker where he and his business partner Alex Biega received the prestigious Premier Team award. Numerous times Rob was awarded the International President’s Elite award which is only given to the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents. In addition, Rob had earned The Global Luxury Specialist certification, available only to a certain small percentage of agents with extensive experience transacting in properties valued at $2,000,000 or more. Lastly, he is a Boston Top 20 Agent.

Rob is a Certified Residential Specialist which is an exclusive designation awarded to top Realtors based on residential sales experience and education. A member of the Greater Boston Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Multiple Service (MLS), Rob participates in on-going education & abides by a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.

A member of the University Club of Boston and former South End Historical Society board member, Rob has been a lifelong resident of metro Boston.

Married with 3 children, he enjoys coaching his children in various sports, playing squash, skiing and spending time on Cape Cod.
