Brad Cohn

Brad Cohn has been involved in Vail Valley real estate since 2012 and has over $285 million in sales and $36 million in referral business.  Brad is consistently averaging in the top 3% of all Vail realtors for the number of transactions completed each year. Since 2015, Brad has averaged in the top 10% for sales volume in the Vail Valley. Recognized as one of America’s Best, Brad is within the top 1.5% of realtors in the United States according to rankings by Real Trends. Aside from his invaluable market knowledge, Brad credits his success to providing exceptional customer service to his clients, who are often referrals or repeat business.

In 2022, Brad joined Compass as one of the company’s first agents in Vail. He feels that the Compass brand is a good fit for his business, and he utilizes their network of brokers, agent-centric support, and new technology to help his clients realize their goals. 

Before focusing on general real estate, Brad was in charge of sales and marketing at The Ritz-Carlton Club in Bachelor Gulch, where he surpassed sales and lead generation goals. From there, he left his leadership role to become the Managing Broker and Sales Executive for The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch and Vail properties. Brad was ranked the number one salesperson in the company, even while commuting to Denver to earn his MBA from the University of Colorado.

Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and went on to work for leading luxury hotel companies in the world: The Ritz-Carlton, the Four Seasons, The Pebble Beach Company, the Broadmoor, and the Hong Kong-based Peninsula Group. His career took him across the globe, first to the Monterey Peninsula, then to Micronesia, Tokyo, and Chicago before landing back in Vail. His experience in the hospitality industry has ingrained within him an amazing level of customer service, leading many of his clients to report that Brad goes far above and beyond the real estate sale to create a personal, smooth experience.

Originally from Lower Merion, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, Brad now lives in Singletree with his wife and children. In the summer they enjoy camping and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. In the winter his family of skiers tolerates Brad’s enjoyment of snowboarding.
