My journey in real estate began after earning an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from the University of North Texas, starting as a financial analyst with Invesco Realty Advisors. This role provided deep insights into underwriting institutional real estate opportunities, shaping my approach to every transaction. Over the years, I’ve worked with industry leaders such as Sperry Van Ness and The Woodmont Company, consistently driving value through market expertise and skilled negotiation.
In 2016, I co-founded CBD Realty Partners, focusing on build-to-suit developments for national brands like Burger King, Take 5 Oil Change, and Captain D’s, alongside diverse land development projects. In 2022, recognizing the need for specialized roofing solutions for commercial property owners, I co-founded 4 Stories Commercial Roofing with industry experts. Our innovative Roof Management Program helps owners and managers oversee their roofing systems to reduce ongoing maintenance costs, extend the life of their roofing system, and safeguard their investments. My extensive experience, client-first approach, and proven track record make me the trusted partner for your commercial real estate and roofing needs.
