About Brad
Brad brings to Compass over 15 years of real estate experience from the multifamily rental sector to single family real estate sales. He has worked with real estate partner, Patrick Chauvin, over 10 years earning numerous recognitions including Top 100 Teams in Real Estate the Wall Street Journal. Together they have both buyers and sellers in some of the largest real estate sales in DC.

Brad brings not only strong organizational skills, customer service and knowledge of local markets, but his past experience in the multifamily sector included positions in finance and .

In addition to representing Compass and his clients, Brad serves on the Board of House Realty Trust and is a devoted fan of all DC sports teams which shows, if nothing else, he is loyal and patient. A Loudoun County native, he currently resides in Arlington.
