"I knew Brad through the Naval Academy and even though I wasn't buying a home in NC he was able to get me connected to the right people in Rhode Island! Very personable guy to work with!" - Nick

"Brad is awesome! He is laid back, but also super responsive and on top of things. He made buying our first house relatively stress-free and fun. We felt lucky to have him as our agent. He’s also just a really nice and thoughtful guy. I recommend him highly if you are looking for a house in Apex!" - Amber

"My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Brad during the sale of our house. Brad assisted us throughout the entire process and was always available to lend a helping hand. He spent the time to outline the process for us and was helpful during the transition as we moved out of state. We hope we have the opportunity to work with Brad again in the future."

"We feel so fortunate to have worked with Brad to facilitate our move to North Carolina. Brad was very responsive, honest, and hard working and we knew from our planning phone conversations that we were in good hands. After selling our home, we drove down to NC for a marathon weekend house hunt and saw 21 houses in one day and 27 over the course of the weekend. Throughout the weekend, Brad remained positive and confident that we would find a home for our family. We highly recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling in the Triangle."

About Brad
Whether you are looking to sell, a first time home buyer, a family relocating to the area, or an experienced investor, I am excited to provide you the highest level of service. I promise my positive attitude, attention to detail, and calm demeanor will help streamline the process and might even make it an enjoyable one for you!

As a member of the Sold By Starkey team, one of the highest rated teams in southern Wake County according to Realtor.com, we share a commitment to serving others and giving back to the community. Our priority is to provide clients with the highest level of trusted service, give a % of each commission to a local non-profit, and then trust that the rest of the business will fall into place. Personally, I donate to the Travis Manion Foundation, a non-profit organization that empowers veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in today’s youth.

I come from a military background—I grew up in a military family, graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, and served ten years as a Navy helicopter pilot. I have led a career focused on team leadership, goals, and results, and I also possess a strong moral foundation, a dedication to working hard, and a passion for serving others. From commanding helicopter missions in the Arabian Gulf and supporting a pirate-hostage rescue off the coast of Somalia to coordinating exercises with foreign militaries and teaching leadership to future naval officers at the Naval Academy, my unique experiences have equipped me with problem solving and skills needed to navigate even the toughest real estate transactions.

As my time in the Navy came to a close, I decided to continue my service to others by following a passion for real estate. After all, I’ve moved 16 times, lived in 9 different states, bought and sold multiple houses of my own, and dealt with my fair share of good and bad agents. I have experienced the stress and emotion involved throughout the entire buy/sell/move process time after time and thought what better way to share my knowledge and experience than to help others navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

In 2018, my wife and I chose Apex as the perfect location to finally put down roots and raise our three kids. The endless list of parks and playgrounds, restaurants, breweries, outdoor activities, music and sports venues in the Raleigh area, matched with great weather and low cost of living—our decision couldn’t have been easier!  I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys full time ever since.

We love it here and finally feel at home. Let me help you find your HOME!
