About Brad
I’m Brad Thomas, a real estate advisor with The Kiki Collective at Compass, based in the Boulder office and serving clients across Boulder County, Denver, and the Front Range. With over 25 years of experience in technology, analytics, and sales, I bring a data-driven, client-first approach to helping both buyers and sellers navigate Colorado’s competitive real estate market.
Before joining Compass, I built my career in enterprise technology with companies including NetSuite, Celigo, and Comstor where I specialized in client success, operations, and negotiation. Today, I apply that same focus and precision to real estate—guiding clients through every step of the process with strategy, transparency, and care.
As part of The Kiki Collective, I work alongside my wife and business partner, Kiki Kidder, combining concierge-level service with Compass’s powerful tools. From in-house marketing support to Compass Concierge and Compass Bridge Loan Services, we deliver innovative solutions that make buying and selling seamless. Together, we also connect clients to top-performing agents nationwide through the Compass network, helping people relocate with confidence anywhere in the U.S.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and food. I keep a daily fitness routine, including my Peloton bike addiction, and am the chef of our household. When not working with clients, Kiki and I enjoy traveling to visit our children and parents across the country, exploring new destinations, and embracing Colorado’s active lifestyle with our dog, Axl.
