Bradlee Davis

Bradlee's love of real estate stems from the first time his parents took him to see the largest privately
owned home in the United States, The Biltmore Estate. A colorful guide-book of the property
purchased from the gift store became a constant read and study of his and triggered his love of lux
and extravagant real estate.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Winthrop University in SC, Bradlee entered a career in
legal management at a prestigious Columbia, SC based law firm. However, real estate was never far
from his thoughts. At 22 and 23 he purchased his first two investment properties and got the itch to get his real estate license in SC.
Shortly after passing the course, his life took a different turn and his legal career spun
a path for him to move to Raleigh, NC landing real estate on the back burner.
20 years later, having lived in Apex, Cary and Raleigh, receiving a Master’s of Business Administration with
honors, and a successful career at three different top law firms, Brad finally found time to revisit
his desire to enter the real estate world during the COVID shut down.

Brad lives in the North Hills area with his partner and his French Bulldog, Vivienne. He enjoys
entertaining at his NC Modernist home and evenings out with friends exploring the Triangle's
amazing restaurant and bar scene. Brad is also involved in local philanthropic work, and is an avid
car and bourbon enthusiast.
