Brady was born in Lake Forest and grew up in Lake Bluff, where he attended Lake Bluff Elementary and Lake Forest High School. In 2012, Brady graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management. Growing up with his father in the industry, Bradyās passion for real estate began at a young age. He became licensed while still in college and soon after decided to follow his passion into the real estate business. He joined his fatherās legacy, local brokerage, Griffith, Grant & Lackie Realtors in 2015. Brady is now a Principal Broker and 5th generation partner in the firm which was founded in 1903. In 2021, Griffith, Grant & Lackie Realtors affiliated with Compass Real Estate. The GGL Group at Compass is the highest producing team of agents in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, selling over $222M of real estate in 2022.
