I feel incredibly grateful to lead a profession I love alongside people I genuinely care for. As the National Head of Sales Leaders for Compass, I champion our leadership talent across the country, driving strategic growth and operational excellence on a national scale.

My foundation as a former Managing Director for the Northwest region—where I helped oversee operations and sales across three states—gives me a unique, boots-on-the-ground understanding of our industry’s diverse needs. Combining a legal background with over a decade of multi-state real estate experience, including pivotal contributions to Compass WA, I am dedicated to advancing our profession through collaborative, high-impact leadership.

Personally and professionally, my goal is to build deep, lasting relationships. I find my greatest joy in staying actively involved in my local community as a real estate leader, philanthropist, and mom.
