About Brandon
Brandon launched his thriving real estate career in 2007. He commenced as a loan processor in commercial real estate financing, which trained him to analyze income-generated properties for investors. With years of success now behind him, Brandon has sold over $350 million in real estate.
Never one to shy away from new challenges, Brandon entered the hot-flipping market in 2016, taking on and leading major renovation projects in San Francisco and across the Bay Area. Though his skill set is multifaceted, Brandon specializes in multifamily and mixed-use properties with 5-15 units in San Francisco.
Indeed, Brandon’s success is a self-evident testament to his aptitude for structuring great deals, determining which types of property are suitable investments to grow clients’ net worth, and identifying what clients need to build a strong portfolio.
Buyers, sellers, and investors are eager to work with Brandon because of his experience, negotiation skills, and extensive market knowledge. He offers a range of services where other agents fall short, such as tenant management, advising on construction, and sharing his access to a database of existing off-market listings. His clients will assure you that he is responsive and has a strong ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
The fast pace of the real estate industry never fails to excite Brandon. He is invigorated by the daily, nonstop action of his job. He enjoys the opportunity to interact daily with a wide range of people: sellers, buyers, tenants, landlords, business owners, handymen, and more. He also likes that he doesn’t have to dress up every day!
Brandon is deeply involved with the local real estate community and is a member of the San Francisco Apartment Association, LoopNet, and the CoStar Group. He is a San Francisco resident and has lived in the Bay Area for 25 years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from San Francisco State University.
