Brandon Harper

Brandon is a seasoned residential real estate professional with more than a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Chicago market. A North Shore native, Brandon grew up in Winnetka and attended New Trier High School before earning a degree in Communications with a minor in Photography from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Following graduation, Brandon began his career helping to build custom homes in Colorado. He gained firsthand experience in residential construction and developed a deep understanding of the homebuilding process. This foundation provides him with a unique perspective when evaluating properties and advising clients throughout every stage of a real estate transaction.

After returning to the Chicago area to be closer to family, Brandon transitioned into residential real estate, combining his communication expertise, construction knowledge, and passion for serving people. Since then, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences through market expertise, strategic guidance, and unwavering integrity.

As a member of Compass and The Chicago Residential Partners group, Brandon leverages extensive knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs to help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Having lived throughout the city and its suburbs, he brings valuable local insight and a personalized approach to every transaction. Brandon resides in Chicago's West Town neighborhood with his wife and their two sons. Outside of real estate, he enjoys supporting local businesses and community initiatives, attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with his family
