" Brandon truly is the best. This was our second time buying a home but first time using Brandon as our agent; both for selling our house and buying a new one. What an experience! We were used to agents showing us a home and telling us the stats of the property (year built, sq. ft, fees due, etc). And then pretty much keep their negative thoughts about the house to themselves. With Brandon, he’ll point out things like new flooring only in one bathroom/area or differences in ceiling texture to indicate there was a previous leak in plumbing that had to be fixed. He’ll point out cracks in the foundation and tell you what’s causing it, what you would have to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. He’ll tell you how many more years left before the roof would need to get replaced. I quickly came to realize that he doesn’t care about just making a profit; he wants to empower his clients to make a well-informed decision. It is, in fact, a big investment! There have even been times where we barely take a step into a house and he’ll say, “I don’t know guys, I don’t like it.” Because he already assessed the outside structure, foundation, and first glimpse of the inside.
