About Brandon

Brandon Travelstead is a Dallas real estate advisor with more than 17 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, builders, and developers throughout the Dallas market. He specializes in luxury homes, new construction, and development opportunities, with a particular focus on Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, North Dallas, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Brandon approaches real estate as an advisor first. His clients rely on him for thoughtful guidance on pricing, negotiation, property value, construction, and the financial implications of a real estate decision, not simply the mechanics of buying or selling a home. His extensive experience working alongside builders and developers gives him a deeper understanding of how homes are built, how properties should be positioned, and where value can be created or protected.

Throughout his career, Brandon has represented executives, entrepreneurs, investors, builders, and families moving within or relocating to Dallas. He has built his business largely through long-term relationships and referrals, often advising the same clients through multiple moves, investments, and stages of life.

Known for his measured approach, attention to detail, and straightforward communication, Brandon believes his role is to give clients the information and perspective they need to make confident decisions. Whether preparing a home for market, evaluating a potential purchase, negotiating a complex transaction, or assessing a development opportunity, his focus remains the same: protect his clients’ interests and position them for the best possible outcome.

Brandon leads the Travelstead Property Group at Compass and lives in North Dallas with his wife, Brittani, and their three children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, playing golf and tennis, and exploring Dallas neighborhoods and restaurants.
