Brandt Phillips is a dedicated DFW real-estate professional known for integrity, market expertise, and a genuine commitment to serving others. A member of The Ben Wegmann Group—a top-performing team and Best D 2025 honoree—Brandt helps clients throughout North Texas and provides trusted referrals nationwide. Brandt earned his B.S. from Texas Tech University and M.S. from SMU, later working at CAA Sports for 2.5 years before transitioning into real estate in 2020 following the sudden loss of his father due to cancer. That experience inspired him to pursue a career centered on people, purpose, and making a meaningful impact. Since diving into real estate back in 2021, Brandt has guided buyers, sellers, and investors with empathy, strong communication, and a relationship-driven approach. His clients value his professionalism, reliability, and ability to simplify every step of the process. Outside of real estate, Brandt is a husband to his high school sweetheart and father to two boys, Brooks and Beckham, and enjoys playing soccer, reading, going to the movies, and supporting Arsenal and Texas Tech athletics.
