About Breann
Up and coming to Realtor® Breann believes in face-to-face communication whenever possible. Coming from a successful career in human resources (HR), she understands the value of a personal connection and the importance of growing that connection into a long-standing relationship. When her oil and gas company's work environment changed due to Covid-19, she took the opportunity to make a long-desired career change into residential real estate sales.
"I've wanted to be a Realtor® for a long time," Breann says. As a child, her parents would take her to open houses nearly every Sunday. She loves this industry because it allows her to continue in a people-facing role and apply the communication, negotiation, and customer service skills honed in HR.
Attentive and friendly with a strong eye for details and design, Breann works with sellers and buyers in all price ranges and most areas of Houston and the surrounding region. She thrives in the fast-paced real estate environment which, she says, keeps her "organized, even while multitasking," and loves to meet and exceed her client's goals.
Originally from Tulsa, OK, Breann has been a Houstonian since her junior high school years in the Cinco Ranch community. Before graduating from the University of Houston, she worked at Chapelwood Methodist Church in Piney Point Village in the children's ministry where she taught Sunday school classes for pre-k and kindergarten. When her schedule allows, she enjoys time with her family, biking, tennis, working out, and almost any outdoor activity.
