About Breezy and Brooks

Breezy and Brooks Woodfin joined forces in 2019, combining complementary strengths and a shared commitment to exceptional service. Since inception, their team has become one of the most trusted and high-performing real estate groups in Jackson Hole, representing clients across both residential and commercial transactions throughout the valley and surrounding areas.

Brooks is widely respected for his integrity, deep knowledge of the valley, and long-standing local relationships, while Breezy is known for her ability to expertly manage transactions from start to finish with precision and care. Together, they are detail-oriented, highly responsive, and deeply invested in their clients’ success—making them a trusted and well-balanced team for both buyers and sellers.

In 2025, the team expanded with the addition of Riley Hughes, allowing them to provide an even higher level of service while maintaining the personal, hands-on approach their clients value.

Beyond real estate, Breezy and Brooks are deeply rooted in the Jackson Hole community. They also own and operate Gym 22, a locally founded functional fitness gym established in 2012. Gym 22 has become an extension of their real estate business—serving as a hub for meaningful relationships and further strengthening their connection to the local community.

When not working, Breezy and Brooks fully embrace the Wyoming lifestyle. You’ll often find them on the road in their camper or exploring the region with their dogs, Skid & Ziggy. Summers are spent camping, hiking, and floating the Snake River, while winters look a little different—Breezy skinning up Snow King and Brooks chasing fresh tracks on his sled. 

Above all, Breezy and Brooks are passionate about helping both locals and newcomers thoughtfully buy and sell in Jackson Hole, guiding each client with honesty, patience, and a deep respect for the place they call home.
