Breezy Woodfin

Breezy is a second-generation Jackson native and the principal of her real estate team, bringing deep local knowledge of Jackson Hole and the surrounding valleys. Raised in a family of local business owners, she has witnessed the community’s growth and evolution firsthand—an experience that shaped both her work ethic and her passion for helping clients find a place they truly feel at home.

Since partnering with her husband, Brooks Woodfin, in 2019, the duo has closed over $158 million in real estate sales. In 2025, the team expanded with the addition of Riley Hughes, further strengthening their ability to serve clients at a high level. Together, Breezy, Brooks, and Riley are known for their authenticity, clear communication, and thoughtful approach. They take the time to truly listen to sellers’ goals while guiding buyers with patience and care—believing the right property is always worth waiting for.

Breezy’s lifestyle mirrors the Jackson Hole community she serves. Summers are spent camping, hiking, and floating the Snake River with Brooks and their dogs, Skid and Ziggy, or jet boating on local waters. In the winter, she can be found skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, skinning up Snow King, or enjoying quieter moments at home—often reorganizing and decluttering, one of her favorite activities! 

A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Breezy spent a year living and working in Aspen, Colorado, before returning home to Jackson. Her professional background also includes medical sales and retail buying in Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition to their real estate business, Breezy and Brooks own and operate Gym 22, a local functional fitness gym, further reinforcing their deep roots and commitment to the Jackson Hole community.
