Breezy Woodfin

Breezy Woodfin is a second-generation Jackson local and leads Woodfin | Real Estate. Her deep understanding of the valley is shaped by growing up in a family of local business owners and experiencing the evolution of the Jackson Hole market firsthand.

Since partnering with her husband, Brooks, in 2019, they have closed over $179M in sales. In 2025, Riley Hughes joined the team, further strengthening their ability to execute at a high level while remaining closely involved in every client relationship.

Breezy is known for running a disciplined, highly organized process from start to finish. Sellers rely on her to position properties strategically and guide key decisions with clarity and confidence, while buyers value her communication, patience, and steady judgment in a market where timing and precision are critical.

Outside of real estate, she is deeply connected to the Wyoming lifestyle. Summers are spent camping, hiking, and on the Snake River with her dogs, while winters are spent skiing between Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Snow King. Alongside her real estate career, Breezy and Brooks own Gym 22, a locally rooted fitness gym that has become a natural extension of their relationships and presence in the valley.
