Breezy Woodfin

Breezy Woodfin is a second-generation Jackson local and leads Woodfin | Real Estate. She brings a clear understanding of the valley, shaped by growing up in a family of local business owners and watching the market evolve firsthand.

Since partnering with her husband, Brooks, in 2019, they have closed over $179M in sales. In 2025, Riley Hughes joined the team, expanding their ability to manage deals at a high level while staying closely involved with every client.

Breezy is known for running a tight, well-managed process from start to finish. Sellers rely on her to position and guide decisions with clarity. Buyers value her communication, patience and steady judgment, especially in a market where timing and selection matter.

She splits her time between work and the outdoors, with summers spent camping, hiking, and on the Snake River with her dogs, and winters skiing between Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Snow King. Alongside real estate, Breezy and Brooks own Gym 22, a local fitness gym that has become a natural extension of their network and relationships in the valley.
