Brenda has led sales for some of Tampa Bay’s most respected custom home builders and served as Vice President of Sales for a national builder. Her extensive background in new home construction gives her a unique advantage when guiding clients through the building process—from concept to completion.

She was also instrumental in launching several master-planned communities and played a pivotal role in introducing high-rise residential living to Downtown Tampa as the former Sales Manager of SkyPoint.

Today, Brenda specializes in a wide range of neighborhoods—from South Tampa to Seminole Heights, Channelside to Carrollwood, and across the bridge to St. Pete. Brenda was raised on the ski slopes of the White Mountains in Jackson, New Hampshire, and moved to the Sunshine State in 1983. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find her in the garden with her Australian Shepherd, Brady, and calico cat, Chloe—or catching a football game (a loyal Bucs fan).
