Brenda Rau

Brenda is passionate about helping clients find the perfect home or investment property at the right price while saving them time and effort. Highly honest, professional, thorough, and organized. She puts an emphasis on customer service, having spent more than 20 years in the restaurant business, managing and opening restaurants around the U.S.

She says "I have a deep love for New York City real estate, which forms the foundation for my work, and drives me to secure the best apartment or townhouse for my clients' needs." To do so, Brenda spends much of her free time monitoring the real estate market in Manhattan, in order to pass along the most up-to-date information to her clients. More importantly, she takes the time to listen to her clients' goals, which leads to the perfect person-property pairing.

She currently resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and she knows the city well. Brenda loves exploring all the different neighborhoods through work and personally with her husband. She has developed an interest in and knowledge of most of the city. Outside of work, she enjoys sailing having grown up doing so on the Chesapeake and eastern seaboard. Her other interests include running (New York Road Runners), dining out, visiting museums, and roaming the city streets with her dogs.
