Brenda Nuñez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) San Diego native with a deep-rooted understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and unique charm. Raised in San Diego since the age of 2, she has called several areas of San Diego County home, giving her a well-rounded perspective of Southern California’s real estate landscape.
Brenda entered the real estate industry in 2016, beginning her career as an office manager where she quickly gained hands-on experience in brokerage operations. It was during this time that she met Megan Beauvais at their boutique brokerage, sparking a professional connection that would later evolve into a powerful partnership.
Since Fall 2021, Brenda has worked as Megan’s right-hand, forming a dynamic duo that blends strategy, market expertise, and exceptional client service. Together, they have successfully closed over 80+ transactions, navigating everything from first-time purchases to complex deals. This experience has given Brenda an in-depth understanding of every step of the real estate process—from contracts to escrow—making her a trusted advocate for her clients.
Now officially stepping into her role as a selling agent, Brenda brings 7 years of industry experience, a strong foundation, and a client-first mindset to every transaction, ensuring her clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, Brenda is a devoted mom, community lover, and adventurer. You’ll find her traveling, exploring the outdoors, discovering new food spots, and staying involved in her kids’ activities.
