With over a decade of experience in strategic marketing at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, she understands the power of listening first, communicating clearly, and navigating complex, fast-moving environments with confidence. That professional foundation, combined with her love of design, sharp attention to detail, and natural instinct for how people truly live in their spaces, allows her to guide clients with clarity and care — whether buying or selling.

In her role as Vice President of The Salem Coughlin Group, Brenna plays an integral role, helping shape strategy, elevating client experiences, and ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision and integrity. She is deeply collaborative, highly organized, and committed to delivering results at the highest level.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Brenna graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a B.S. in Economics, where she also served as captain of the Women’s Varsity Tennis Team. After living in Boston’s South End, she and her husband, John, made their home in Concord, MA, where they are raising their five children and spending cherished family time on Martha’s Vineyard. Whether guiding a move from city to suburb or helping clients create their next chapter, Brenna looks forward to sharing her deep knowledge of—and genuine love for—these communities.
