About Brent
Born and raised in Bayside, Queens, Brent Morden brings his wide-ranging experience from the performing arts, education, and nonprofit worlds into the real estate sector. Brent earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 2019, graduating magna cum laude as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His savvy communication skills and dynamic professionalism make Brent a natural fit for the Stanco Misiti Team at Compass. Brent brings his creative skills and knowledge to every deal as he assists sellers and buyers in accomplishing their real estate goals.
A highly respected musical leader, Brent has served as Pep Band Director at Columbia University and Adjunct Professor of Music at Hofstra University since 2022. The relentless work ethic and drive that led Brent to great heights in his musical and educational career continue to serve him in his growing real estate career. Brent has conducted his original music at Carnegie Hall and Off-Broadway, and remains an in-demand music director, vocalist, and pianist. Through his local work, Brent has developed key knowledge of Queens and Long Island neighborhoods including Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, Great Neck, Roslyn, Glen Head, and Oyster Bay.
Along with his musical work, Brent has helped grow nonprofits since 2019 with a focus on operations, fundraising, and event production. Brent produced numerous events, administered grants, and launched key programming in his managerial roles at NYC choral nonprofit Every Voice Choirs and national legal nonprofit Fair For All. Brent has been quoted in Bloomberg, NY Post, and Columbia Magazine. In November 2024, for his work with nonprofit Braver Angels, Brent was honored as NY1's New Yorker of the Week.
With his accomplished performing arts background, Brent understands real estate as an art.
