With 17 years of real estate experience and over $133 million in closed transactions, Brent Morris brings unmatched expertise in residential land development and new construction to The Approach Group. A proud Lipscomb University graduate with degrees in Finance and Economics, Brent has called Nashville home since 1985, giving him a deep understanding of the city’s growth and potential.
Originally from Texas, Brent returned to Nashville in 2008 to launch his real estate career. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the city’s evolving landscape, specializing in land acquisition and development throughout Greater Nashville. From lot sourcing and contract negotiation to design consultation and buildout strategy, Brent collaborates closely with builders, developers, and investors to bring projects to life—from custom homes to multifamily communities.
