Brett Furrey

I was born in LCF and have lived here all my life. I am a graduate of St Francis High School and Loyola Marymount University, where I received my BA in Business Communications. As I was growing up, my parents instilled in me the value of real estate as they built and remodeled several homes and invested in residential income property. I saw them work hard to achieve their goals. After graduation from Loyola Marymount and working briefly in property management, I discovered that my true passion was to help others achieve their real estate goals. One of the skills that I bring to my transactions is that I am able to be calm and reflective with clients and agents alike. I believe in the importance of teamwork throughout the escrow process where a win-win attitude is important for everyone involved. I am known by my colleagues as having an encyclopedic memory of home sales and property history. Having this vast pool of knowledge has helped me in having clients understand the value of their home that they are selling or the home they wish to purchase. I have partnered for the past 15 years with my colleague, Esther Tan, who shares my same core values. Together, we have helped clients navigate the waters of the ever changing real estate market. We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and take pride in having the majority of our business come from past client referrals. Besides my hobby of accumulating trivia information in real estate, I find time for being a car enthusiast which includes collecting and restoring classic cars with my dad and keeping up with my favorite baseball and hockey teams.
