Brett combines his passion for architecture and design with his encyclopedic knowledge of New York City real estate to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients as they navigate the process of buying and selling their homes.

As a property owner himself, Brett understands the diligence, care, and many emotions that are involved throughout the home buying process. His clients come from all walks of life, ranging from creatives & entrepreneurs, doctors, attorneys, health care executives, and finance professionals.

Brett displays an unwavering integrity, work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients. He utilizes a multitude of technologies and techniques forged through his experience in the technology sales sector to connect buyers and sellers alike.

Originally from Southern California, Brett studied Management Science and Business at the University of California, San Diego, where he served as president of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.  Upon graduation, he spent the first 6 years of his career working in technology sales before leaving to found Flex Living, a real estate investment firm that operates properties across New York and South Florida.

In 2020, Brett made his foray into residential sales by joining the Sukenik Glazer Team, a close-knit team who were most recently named the #1 Small Team in America by sales volume by WSJ Real Trends and represented some of the most prestigious new developments of downtown Manhattan including 150 Charles, 10 Madison Square West, 111 Murray, & 565 Broome, to name a few.

Brett and his girlfriend Ally reside in Soho and have lived downtown for over 7 years. In his spare time, you will find him working out, playing basketball, tennis, or spending time with his dog Milo.
