OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE OF DUTY WHILE SERVING AS ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK MARINE AIRCRAFT GROUP 49, DETACHMENT B, FROM 4 TO 8 JANUARY 2021. CORPORAL BUSTER'S EFFORTS WERE INSTRUMENTAL DURING THE COMMAND'S MARINE CORPS ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYSIS TEAM INSPECTION. HIS CONTRIBUTION IN THE ADJUTANT SECTION INCLUDED THE PROCESSING OF ALL PROMOTIONS INCLUDING ZERO COMPOSITE SCORES, REMEDIAL PROMOTIONS AND NEGATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS. HE ALSO SUPPORTED COMMAND LEGAL CASES BY REPORTING PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATING LIFE INSURANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THESE EFFORTS CONTRIBUTED TO THE 82.27% MISSION CAPABLE UNIT SCORE GIVING THE COMMAND A 14% HIGHER SCORE THAN ALL OTHER MARINE FORCES RESERVE UNITS AVERAGED FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR AND A 22% INCREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. ADDITIONALLY HE SUPPORTED THE CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN WHICH WAS COMPLETE WEEKS AHEAD OF THE REQUIRED DEADLINE. THIS VAST IMPROVEMENT WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF A PROACTIVE MINDSET, STREAMLINED PROCESSES, AND EFFECTIVE TEAM WORK. CORPORAL BUSTER'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL ABILITY, INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
