Brian Courville

Brian Courville is a born and raised Southern Californian. He grew up Skimboarding along the coast of Orange County and eventually moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. He developed a passion for real estate after a successful decade of sales and marketing at Interscope Records. Brian believes the two words “client satisfaction” are the embodiment of what the client experience should be. Brian is a principle of Modern Living LA. His team has been ranked #1 in the Sunset Strip office each year for the better part of a decade. And, as one of the Architectural Directors at Compass, Brian is responsible for selling highly coveted modernist homes by such noted architects as John Lautner, Buff & Hensman, Raphael Soriano, Richard Dorman, R.M. Schindler, and Carl Maston.

Brian enjoys the process of learning the personal needs of every client – and helping those clients find the home of their dreams. His clients describe him as tenacious and enthusiastic, but patient.
