"Brian has an excellent understanding of the real estate market and shared great insights into not only the local market we were looking in but also the landscape at-large. Aside from good instincts, he's also a good person to deal with - very honest, friendly and carries himself with integrity."
"Excellent agent. Great market knowledge and understanding of value. Brian showed me a few interesting off market deals and had the relationships to position me for a good buy. Brian is personable, hard working, experienced and will go the extra mile to get the deal done."

"Brian sold our condo for us. He was professional, helpful, positive, and made the whole experience easy. He made us feel comfortable in relying on him to manage the sale. He kept us informed and we felt confident in his skills and expertise. I would not hesitate to use him as my agent again. I highly recommend Brian Griffin to anyone who is interested in the sale or buying of your home or property."
