Brian Merrill

Brian is a North Carolina native who began his real estate career in Florida in 2004, where he helped lead the development of Reunion Resort—a $2 billion master-planned community featuring custom homes, vacation properties, and world-class amenities.

In 2009, Brian and his wife Kristin moved to Brentwood to raise their four boys and put down roots in Middle Tennessee. Since then, he’s become a trusted advocate for home buyers and sellers across Davidson and Williamson Counties. With firsthand experience navigating new construction, established neighborhoods, and competitive bidding environments, Brian brings a calm, informed, and strategic approach to every transaction. He understands that buying and selling a home is one of life’s biggest undertakings and is committed to making the process both seamless and rewarding.
