What is missing from the other reviews is that Brian has a background as a licensed general contractor. He will not just visit houses with you, he will actually look at them; in great detail. Brian pointed out many things during our visits, some of which were picked up by later inspectors, others not. We found this technical expertise to be extremely valuable.
Brian was also able to recommend great local business for home improvement after we bought the house (painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Outside of work, Brian is a devoted family man. Married for 25 years, he and his wife have a teenage daughter and a large extended family.
