He understood that we had a time crunch - when I arrived and we toured the condos - there was no wasted time !! Every was one we considered - Brian is so personable and really cares about educating and helping buyers find the best home in the best area! In a world, we’re customer service has waned , it is so refreshing to work with someone who is so attentive. Brian goes above and beyond handling all aspects of the closing siince we were in Illinois. He offers great referrals for attorney, trades people, inspectors—we literally did very little. Brian even cut short personal plans to meet us with the keys when we arrived to Florida a day earlier than expected . I highly recommend him— 5 stars is not enough! "
