Brian Sprung

Brian brings a thoughtful, honest, and people-first approach to every real estate experience. With five years in the industry and more than two decades of living in Chicago, he combines professional knowledge with a genuine understanding of the city and the people who call it home.

Originally from Southwest Michigan, Brian moved to Chicago in 1999 and has since lived in several neighborhoods along the North Side lakefront and on the Northwest Side. His personal connection to these communities allows him to help clients look beyond the property itself and find a home and neighborhood that truly fit their lifestyle, priorities, and budget.

Brian works with renters, buyers, landlords, and property owners, offering the same level of patience and care regardless of the size or complexity of the transaction. He takes time to listen, answer questions, and explain each step of the process so his clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Above all, Brian believes that no one should ever feel pressured into choosing a property. He is open about both its advantages and potential drawbacks and would rather help a client make the right long-term decision than push them toward a transaction they may later regret. For Brian, real estate is not simply about completing a sale—it is about helping people find a place they can genuinely feel good about calling home.

Before beginning his real estate career, Brian worked in hospitality and the music industry and also developed a passion for horticulture. These experiences taught him how to connect with people from many different backgrounds and continue to influence the personal, adaptable way he supports his clients.

Outside of real estate, Brian enjoys spending time with his daughter and can often be found picking her up from Nettelhorst School. Nature, animals, and music remain an important part of his life, and in the evenings, he enjoys playing music with friends at venues throughout Chicago.
